Upcoming changes to Neptune plans and pricing
We're excited to announce some changes to our plans and pricing in September at Neptune. These changes introduce new speed tiers, and adjustments to our plans and pricing which reflect the latest wholesale market rates and products from NBN. We're also giving you early access to some of the higher speed FTTP and HFC only plans from Monday, July 14.

Aligned with NBN's new HFC and FTTP speed tiers rolling out in September 2025, we're boosting speeds on some of our most popular plans. FTTP and HFC customers will be able to purchase 500/50 and 750/50 plans from Monday, July 14 at the September price, and existing customers will receive an automatic speed boost under their existing terms. A suite of high-speed plans for power users also launches in September.

We'll offer early access to 500/50 and 750/50 at a new price. Customers who sign up to 100/20 and 250/25 before July 14 2025 will be automatically upgraded and keep their current price and inclusions until July 14, 2026*

Away Plan
"Away" mode is a plan you can use to keep your IoT devices and security cameras running while you're away. It's perfect for keeping Neptune as a backup WAN on hot standby. This plan is based on the 25/10 NBN product, shaped down to 10Mbps / 10Mbps. Given that the price of the 25/10 plan has increased, we'll have to increase the price of the "Away" plan as well.

We're confident that even with this adjustment, our pricing remains competitive within the industry, and we remain committed to offering high-quality internet service packed with powerful features at a fair value.
Dates to remember
- Monday July 14 – HFC & FTTP customers can purchase 500/50 and 750/50 plans at the September price. HFC and FTTP customers on the NBN 100/20 and NBN 250/25 plans will be auto-upgraded under their current terms.
- Monday September 15 – The new pricing comes into effect for new services. Existing services are grandfathered for 12 months.
