Big news from Neptune. Our newest Point of Presence (POP) goes live Thursday July 10 at 12:01am at NextDC Brisbane B2, delivering faster, more reliable connectivity to customers across Queensland. This launch is a major milestone in our mission to build a low-latency, high-performance national network. With this Brisbane deployment, Neptune now offers ultra-fast connectivity across all major East Coast interconnection hubs.

Neptune's new POP in Brisbane joins our existing high-speed infrastructure in Melbourne and Sydney, forming a powerful backbone that delivers blazing-fast, low-latency internet to residential and business users across Australia's East Coast.

Our POP Locations

1. Melbourne (Equinix ME1) – IP transit via Global Secure Layer
2. Sydney (Equinix SY1) – IP transit via Global Secure Layer and NextHop, with EdgeIX local peering.
3. Brisbane (NextDC B2) – IP transit via Global Secure Layer, EdgeIX local peering.
