With continued growth we’ve been able to reduce our operating costs, allowing us to lower prices across all Neptune fixed line services. This change reflects our commitment to making reliable, high-quality internet more accessible and affordable for everyone.

As Neptune has grown we have been able to reduce our operating costs. We’re pleased to announce that we will pass these savings to you through lower prices across all plans.
This update supersedes the pricing announcement made in July. The new prices take effect immediately.
Updated plan pricing
Our pricing is now simpler. One set of prices with no introductory offers or time limits. The earlier introductory prices helped us understand what works in market, and with that insight we present:

For our business customers the following plans also include NBN eSLA support, which provides enterprise-grade fault response from NBN. NBN eSLA support packages guarantee fault response within the advised hours, 24/7 hours a day, 7 days a week.
