Multi-gigabit speeds arrive Monday
We're excited to announce that multi-gigabit speeds on Neptune will be available from Monday the 15th of September. You’ll be able to get them through our signup form or your customer portal if you're on an eligible FTTP or HFC connection.

On the 15th of September Neptune's new 2Gbps tier goes live. If you’re on FTTP or HFC, you can order a multi-gig service in your customer portal or through the signup form. To get the full benefit, make sure your home-network gear supports multi-gigabit speeds.
