We're excited to launch Neptune Business Internet, a dedicated offering designed for Australian businesses that need fast, reliable connectivity backed by stronger service commitments.

From today, business customers will have exclusive access to the following plans with nbn® service restoration eSLAs attached.

All business plans include 24/7 operational periods, meaning faults can be raised with nbn® at any time of day. The eSLA response time listed in the table above (4-hour or 12-hour) is the maximum time you'll wait for a fault to be actioned once reported to nbn®.
This is a significant uplift from standard residential TC4 SLAs, which only operate during business hours.
Business support for business hours
We're also building out our business support team and responsibilities to ensure commercial customers receive priority care during the times that matter most– especially 9am to 5pm when interruptions have the highest impact.
Business requests will be handled by trained specialists with a deep understanding of business requirements, uptime expectations, and nbn® service restoration eSLAs.

VoIP
A business Internet offering feels incomplete without a VoIP solution to accompany it. We're now building a simple, dependable VoIP service for business customers including number porting, SIP trunk support, softphone support, and all the call-routing tools you'd expect from a modern phone system.
Enterprise Ethernet
We're also preparing to launch Enterprise Ethernet for businesses that need dedicated fibre, symmetrical speeds, and priority restoration. Product details and ordering will open soon.
