Here are some helpful tips about your next steps with Neptune Internet

Setting up your service

Now that you've signed up, please wait for your previous service provider's connection to stop working. This usually takes around 10-15 minutes but can sometimes take several hours.

Ensure your router is in DHCP mode

While you wait, check that DHCP or Dynamic IP mode is enabled in your router's configuration. Neptune Internet requires that your router is configured in DHCP mode for dynamic IP address assignment.

Log into your customer portal

You can manage your account, and all aspects of your service through your customer portal. Log into the portal using the email address associated with your service to get started.
