What happens next?

We've placed your NBN order. Depending on your connection type, this can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days.

Your card will not be charged until your service is connected and active. If you're eligible for a free trial, your 5-day trial starts on the day your connection goes live.

Check in on your order

Your account is ready — log in to the customer portal now to check your order status and manage your service. Use the send code option if it's your first time signing in.

Prepare your router

While you wait, check that DHCP or Dynamic IP mode is enabled in your router's configuration. Neptune Internet requires DHCP mode for dynamic IP address assignment.
